Hi!

A small portability fix for BSD derived systems which have 'souncard.h' in <sys/soundcard.h> instead of <machine/soundcard.h>

I noticed that config.h has 'HAVE_SYS_SOUNDCARD_H' in it, so the change to libmpdemux/tvi_bsdbt848.c is simply to ifdef on HAVE_SYS_SOUNDCARD_H
