[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Replace deprecated avcodec resamples with libswresample in af_lavcresample

Hello, this patch updates af_lavcresample to use libswresample instead of the deprecated avcodec resampler (resample2). It works for me; please test, it especially with multichannel setup. Ciao, Roberto
