I used XFree 3 in 800x600x256, and MPlayer printed it doesn't support RGB modes (no, no filters helped). The only solution I had was using -vo sdl I wonder why was that happening. P.s.: watching TV in 256 colours was fun, though not as much as 16 colors :)))) -- Gabucino MPlayer Core Team
