Cosmetics-rule does NOT apply to the DOCS. Since when? Documentation maintaining is impossible without commiting "cosmetics" to the DOCS (hell, it's a documentation, and HTML!!! It's not written for efficiency, but to be easily readable, editable, viewable!)
