Für mich ist das genau das gleiche, als wenn ich nach einem Fahrrad (für die Sonntagbrötchen) frage und einen pangalaktischen Raumkreuzer mit 10 km Gesamtlänge bekomme. [BUG] 0.90rc4: video window not on top (again) and pink stripe with xvidix

Hello, I'm back from holidays. A question, BTW: should I release 0.90rc4 packages with these bugs or is this already fixed in 0_90 CVS and there's a patch that I can include in my RPMs? Somewhere between 20020203 snapshot and 0.90rc4 two things happened: 1. Video window placement got broken again. When I switch to fullscreen it's not on top anymore. GNOME panel is still visible. Trying any of -fstype options doesn't change anything. I'm using gnome-1.4 and sawfish-1.0.1: gnome-libs-1.4.1.2.90-14 gnome-core-1.4.0.4-54 sawfish-1.0.1-9 mplayer -v output attached as mplayer-xv.log 2. XVidix got broken in fullscreen. When switched to fullscreen mode, I see a pink horizontal stripe about 20 pixels high at the top and the same amount of picture appears to be missing at the bottom. Bug in full screen mode in GUI

My problem happens when I'm trying to play a movie with gmplayer in full screen. When I goto full screen mode, the GUI positions itself in the center of the screen, overtop of the video. I click on it to drag it out of the way so I can see the video, and then MPlayer crashes. Follows is a log of the cmd line output when it crashes. The problem didn't happen in rc2 (I don't think the GUI appeared in full screen mode, did it? Anyways, the problem wasn't there then), but it now happens in rc3 and in yesterday's CVS snapshot, which is what I'm using at the moment. Following the log, I'll put the system info.. I'm a bit new to using mplayer for linux and am trying to play a .avi movie. I get the audio but no video...
