Hi, I have a problem encoding wmv0 (HDTV) file to divx. The problem is that mencoder dosen't recogonize 5.1 audio in this file - instead he's using 2 chanells. Why so ? Here is an output of mencoder. Anybody can help ? man mplayer /-channels You haven't shown the command you used, either. R. -- MPlayer RPMs maintainer: http://rpm.greysector.net/mplayer/ "I am Grey. I stand between the candle and the star. Yes , you're absolutely right. After adding -channels 6 problem disapered - instead of this one I have another one. Why the output channels order (L,R,LF,RF,C,LF) is not correct ? Is there any stadart layout for -af channels to correct it ? (I mean both for dvd with ac3 audio and wmv). And the last one - is this a bug that will be corrected in future versions ? Best regards A.
