Hey Guys, I am trying to do flv conversion and having issues where the video play back is laggy as hell in the FLV player but when i download it to my computer it is fine. It is almost like it is not doing the video bitrate downscale to limit the FPS. I have included a copy of the cmd line i am using to conver this. Please let me know where i am going wrong... mencoder test.wmv -o test.flv -mc 0 -demuxer lavf -of lavf -oac mp3lame -lameopts abr:br=56 -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=flv:vbitrate=3074:mbd=2:mv0:trell:v4mv:keyint=50:cbp:last_pred=3 -vf scale=1280:720 -ofps 24 -srate 22050
