As mentioned in the 4.2.0 release announcement, there is a new project website at http://dvdnav.mplayerhq.hu/ and all the releases are there.
I'll see to removing the old directory.
But the new one is not available via FTP. Sure you don't want to just sync them or something? For now I renamed it from dvdnav to dvdnav-old.
