[DVDnav-discuss] [patch] libdvdread: use goto to clean up DVDOpen and remove config.h includes

Two patches. One is a clean up of the patch I originally sent about checking the return value of open. This still checks the return value of open but implements the goto that was suggest by other members of the list. Also, I have a patch which removes config.h where it isn't necessary.
