get-flash-videos (https://github.com/monsieurvideo/get-flash-videos)
qarte (https://launchpad.net/qarte)

The first is probably as obsolete as rtmpdump and hasn't seen any
commits in 4 years.
The second looks like it's still being developed.

All in all, you're probably right it's not worth including in Fedora.
