Tentatively calling this version 2.6. The last official release was 2.4 in 2011.
There was a version 2.5 floating around in March 2012, that added support for the
RTMPE type 10 handshake, but the code only worked on 32bit x86 and we never figured
out the portability issues so that code was dropped.
There was a set of updates to fix buffer checks in December 2015, but no official
release was made, and no version number was assigned to that.
