[rtmpdump] [rfc] are there patches that have not been reviewed still sitting around?

Someone should just remove rtmpe from the source and fork the project on
github call it rtmp-lite Adobe shouldn't have anything to gripe about then.
Then back port the changes to here. I don't know how to find it but I
think I have two patch requests.
