I'm trying to understand how to use rtmpdump to download a video at

I used wireshark and firebug to find out the URL for the video, and I
got the following URLs:

1) rtmp://brightcove.fcod.llnwd.net/a500/d15/&mp4:media/1569565978001/201402/1085/1569565978001_3182198980001_5-108-1-1-Triple-Fat-Loss.mp4&1394550000000&d1fd73790cf2dae9efc792235b3f04ce

2) rtmp://brightcove-60.fcod.llnwd.net:1935/a500/d15?videoId=
3182157020001 &lineUpId=&pubId= 1569565978001

3) rtmp://brightcove-40.fcod.llnwd.net:443 /a500/d15?videoId=
3182157020001 &lineUpId=&pubId= 1569565978001 &player

I see the host changes from time to time, looks like a server load
balancing, but that's not an issue, I guess. I have tried different
ways to use rtmdump to download the video without success. I'm not
very clear what part of the URL to split and use in the -y and - C

Any guidance will be very appreciated.

Thank you very much.
