[rtmpdump] "--stop" param not working

rtmpdump sends play(path, start, duration). You'd need to view the
details of the packet in Wireshark to see the start/duration.
nginx-rtmp-module is probably already storing the value in
ngx_rtmp_play_t.duration but not using it.
