[rtmpdump] adobe/akamai auth broken in git master

I'm trying to use ffmpeg with librtmp to send stream to Akamai. However
the following error message appears:

authenticating publisher
PublisherAuth, Authentication failed: wrong password

(followed with seg.fault)
