[rtmpdump] Won't cross-compile with Polarssl >= 1.1.0

Hi
I've tried to cross-compile "f3e3e6b" with mingw.
It's OK with Polarssl-1.0.0.
But it won't compile for me with Polarssl >= 1.1.0.
There's an error message:-
dh.h:67:43: error: ‘havege_rand’ undeclared (first use in this function)

I've attached build results with Polarssl-1.0.0 and Polarssl-1.1.0.
