[rtmpdump] RTMPE doc

Ok so to sum up:

*from Clientsig1:*
-get the DH public key
-get the digest

*from serversig1:*
-get pos of DH key and compute the secret key

finally use the *keyOut *to decrypt the packet containing the CONNECT
messages.
