[rtmpdump] [PATCH]

On all servers that I tested for seeking (in all cases web archives of
televisions), seeking doesn't work and server sends data from start of
stream. If seek command is sent after connection is established (not in
connect or play request), it works. Please, test if it works on other
streams or is it some special case of web archives.
