[rtmpdump] RTMPDump - Segmentation Fault

I tired compiling RTMPDump on Ubuntu 12.04.

I compiled with

> make sys=posix VERSION="2.4.$(git log --pretty=format:'%h' -n 1)~git"


Compiling looks like it went fine.

But when I run rtmpdump with "./rtmpdump" I get a segmentation fault

> ./rtmpdump
> RTMPDump 2.4.19d3636~git
> (c) 2010 Andrej Stepanchuk, Howard Chu, The Flvstreamer Team; license: GPL
> Segmentation fault (core dumped)


What am I doing wrong? I tried this on two separate system with Ubuntu
12.04 installed with all recent updates

uname -a
Linux ACCESS-DENIED 3.2.0-34-generic-pae #53-Ubuntu SMP Thu Nov 15
11:11:12 UTC 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
