Starting with 0.99 pre5 PolarSSL will not compile on Windows. So there
is a need for older versions of PolarSSL to work with RTMPdump.

The current commit 6230845 now works with PolarSSL 0.99 pre1 up to
PolarSSL 1.0.0

However the description says "PolarSSL support now requires version 1.0.0"
