Not to my knowledge BUT mtvnservices provides streaming services for
all networks owned or operated by Viacom, such as MTV, Comedy Central,
Spike, VH1, BET, Nickelodeon etc.

The ability for rtmpdump to work "correctly" with mtvnservices will
drastically affect the volume of "help! rtmpdump does not work"-type
posts on the various streaming forums...
