[rtmpdump] Fixing Struct Assignment Bug

There is a bug librtmp, which is caused by struct assignment. On Mac
OS X Lion 64-bit, when you copy AMFObject with =, one of the pointers
only copies in 32-bit. This causes rtmpdump to seg fault when it later
attempts to access the pointer. I have attached a patch.
