[rtmpdump] rtmpdump 2.4 source tar

Hi,

Can a tar of the 2.4 source be placed in the usual place?  This is to 
allow building from source-based packages (Pkgsrc) - it gets very ugly 
to do that from git/svn, and 2.4 has important new features.
