[rtmpdump] Live Leafs TV Interactive Stream Broken In 2.4

Yes.  I've installed everything to /usr/local but rtmpdump is still
linking against /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/librtmp.so.0 that comes with
distribution... sorry!
