[rtmpdump] rtmpsrv does not work on certain streams

I added an iptables rule to send rtmp requests through rtmpserv. The
stream at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/nhk-world-tv gives a warning and
no rtmpdump command.

WARNING: Trying different position for client digest!

Is there a workaround?
