Also, since the request is sent to a web server, the issue of "identifying"
rtmpdump as the end app is negligible.


@Howard Chu:
I tried the "-j" option for a lot of streams and did not notice any
probems at all.
So, since this feature does not break anything code-wise but on the contrary
adds support for one of the largest providers of streaming video, I
suggest that
it be merged to the main code.
