You probably have a output file that is zero bytes in length.  You'll 
need to remove it before trying again.

Also, you're not trying to re-use the authentication token over and over 
are you?  Each invocation should be accompanied by a fresh auth. token.

Another thing...  Where are you getting that command-line from anyway?  
I'm pretty sure that the URL to the "-r" parameter should be:

rtmp://cp53909.edgefcs.net////flash/playback/_definst_/drwhoconfidential_10_05_04.mp4

The URL you have been previously specifying is for those that connect to 
ABC via the Hostworks servers.
