[rtmpdump] ITV download

Yeah, me too - thanks for that. And with the new get_flash_videos
plugin, it's really a piece of cake. I still have the old get_iplayer
plugin for ITV hanging around, so I use that to find the URL first and
then just tell get_flash_videos to download. Maybe one day the two can
be combined...
