[rtmpdump] [PATCH] Visual Studio Header Fix

Hello, here's a quick patch for the AMF.H file to allow for the headers to 
be included in a Visual Studio C++ project. The library still has to be 
built properly but defining booleans bugs out the VS compiler. VS defines 
_MSC_VER automatically. Please let me know if this is a good idea or not.
