[rtmpdump] Reading AMF Response From Non-Standard Request

Howard,

Yes, I am trying to authenticate against my publishing server.
However, this patch only works when authmod=adobe.  For my CDN,
authmod!=adobe, the query parameters are named differently, and the
response string is calculated differently.  The code would need to be
changed to support multiple authentication modes.  How do you suggest
we go about this?
