[rtmpdump] Reading AMF Response From Non-Standard Request

Is it possible to retrieve the AMF response from librtmp when the CDN
FMS returns a 403 response code?  My CDN FMS returns a nonce in the
AMF response which I need to retrieve to make a secondary request.
