[rtmpdump] trying to remove resume error dataSize(%d) > bufferSize(%d)

Hi!
I get a lot of the dataSize(%d) > bufferSize(%d) error. The quick fix
is to increase the bufferSize to the maximum size of size_t but it
still produces the error sometimes. So I cooked up a patch to use
malloc instead.
I was downloading videos from ustream.tv. Here's a sample url:
rtmp://ustream.fcod.llnwd.net:1935/a1450/e1/0/1/3/3664/3664129/1_2459758_3664129
Obviously, I can't reproduce it always for any given url as this error
shows up randomly depending on where, i'm assuming, the previous
download stopped.
