[rtmpdump] compile mingw error, /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lws2_32 , svn-r254

CROSS_COMPILE=i586-mingw32msvc
for make mingw in Makefile

but make complains for openssl error, openssl/rc4.h not found etc.
I have already apt-get install libssl0.9.8 libssl-dev build-essential
zlib-bin zlibc mingw32

and "make linux" is ok

make cygwin is success, but windows prompt complain "Program too big
to fit in memory" <------- I wonder the make cygwin comes out a 16-bit
app
any guides to compile win32 ?
