[rtmpdump] [HELP] Publishing with RDMPDUMP/LIBRTMP

HI All,

i want to publish a stream to a flash server, i have 3 questions :

1) is it possible to do that directly from de source file (.flv)
2) if not, in librtmp, how to use RTMP_EnableWrite function ?
3) is it possible to publish a stream that we are reading in same time, from
and to the same server ?
