[rtmpdump] rtmpdump-yle patches [2/3]

A rtmpdump-yle user reported that on MinGW Win32 environment (and 
presumably on other Windows environments, too) the streams get corrupted 
when output to stdout because on Windows the default text output mode 
converts \n to \r\n. This patch changes stdout to binary mode, which 
passes the data without modifications.
