[rtmpdump] a bug found in resume rtmpe downloading

when i tried to rip a certain stream from mtv.com,the stream stopped at some
points,so i used the resume option,after a few more download attempts,i got
the following error

"ERROR: Last tag size must be greater/equal zero (prevTagSize=847222660) and
smal
ler then filesize, corrupt file!"

the stream cant resume to download after that.
