[rtmpdump] what tools can be used to find out RTMPE url?

this is what i got so far:

rtmpdump -r "rtmpe://e1a.vdo.vip.hk1.tvb.com/vi" -y "mp4:/4/254/000000025391.mp4" -o hk.mp4 -z -s "http://img.tvb.com/tv/flash/tv_player_v2.5.swf?memberID=&videoID=8515&time=1259851277" -p "http://mytv.tvb.com/foodandtravel/summerinbeijing/8515#page-1" --swfhash 287f6e9c2a1977f2eec70f0355cc80e135547839f3932ba61f4dc474aa5b7749 --swfsize 545831 -f "WIN 10,0,22,87"

but its not working. i wonder if the server is blocking my ip or if i have the wrong params.

maybe howard can figure it out from the smil playlist:
