Still waiting for someone to update the nut code in lavf. IMO it's not
much work with the lavf framework to support it. Lots of libnut is
buffer management, etc. and the frame sorting for interleaving which
lavf already can do. The only complicated algorithm is the seeking and
it's not essential for an implementation to do that optimally like
libnut does. We just needed to implement optimal/perfect seeking as
proof of concept to make sure the spec was correct.
