just add AVParser support and rip the stuff out of lavc

then you will have, mpeg1, mpeg2, mpeg4, h261, h263, h264, mjpeg, pnm
mp1/mp2/mp3, ac3 and aac support

you can of course reimplemet all or just not support some ...
