Bug report, 2004-03-03
Description:
	Using the CVS MPlayer, trying to convert .rm (audio only) file to .mp3 
	and got a error message: "Video stream mandatory".
	
Action:
	Tried but unable to uploaded the offender to ftp://mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/ 
	(cannot create file).
