<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I solve my problem. In libao2/ao_oss.c, I add one line and force ao_data.outburst = 16384</FONT>

<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">And then i recompile the mplayer. I can play mp3 with no problems.</FONT>

<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">But i am not sure that my behavior is correct or not .</FONT>
