But, no matter what type of file I play (mpeg1, mpeg4, quicktime),</span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>the video image is “shifted” to the left.
This would not be a problem, except that the part of the image that gets
shifted</span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>to the left reappears on the right-hand side of the
video. </span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>For example, if you expected to see 1 2 3 4 5 6 on the
screen, you would actually see 2 3 4 5 6 1. I’ve tried just

font-family:Arial'>video but then I get a white line on the right side.
Besides, cropping won’t work because we will be using these in remote</span></font></p>

12.0pt'>locations across the country with many different video formats and
resolutions (of the video, not the screen). Using</span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>a different video card is out of the question because we have 100 of
these little computer systems. (The people who</span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>decided to use these motherboards didn’t bother to see if the
video played correctly before buying them.)</span></font></p>
