With windows and ffvfw as codec you can encode a VCD using both libavcodec's
and mpeg2enc's MPEG1 in one or two passes.<br>

Useless to say that VCM interface slows things even more (5 fps with a 352x288

Nope, one pass slow as hell encoding only.
