DVD playback problem. 

I have to reboot the machine with the DVD disk inside the DVD-ROM, in order to use mplayer to play the DVD disk. That disk is good for playing as long as the DVD-ROM eject button not hit. After an ejection, the same disk or others won't work anymore. Even though mplayer couldn't play the disk ath this stage, I could still mount the disk and read the files. In order to play DVD, it's a rule of one reboot, one disk.

Mplayer is built with "debian/rules binary", and by default, libmpdvdkit is enabled.
