[MPlayer-users] Can not play live mpu stream

Hi all,
I try to play this online radio stream.

mplayer http://nrcu.gov.ua/media/ur4.m3u
or
mplayer -playlist http://nrcu.gov.ua/media/ur4.m3u

but it refuses to play.
