Note the W is capitalized. My hosting server returned a few 404 errors 
due to requests in all lower case.

gcc-4.9.1 with dependencies: mpc-1.0.2 and gmp-6.0.0 and mpfr-3.1.2 
works perfectly and solves all issues.
