[MPlayer-users] Only dump forced subtitles.

This came up in another discussion recently.
It seems mencoder unfortunately does not support the -forcedsubsonly option, it
is just ignored.
To fix it properly someone would need to align mencoder's subtitle
handling with MPlayer.
