Did you seek multiple times? Is the A: value increasing normally?
Does -force-idx help? What about -demuxer lavf?
It looks a bit like the seeking breaks the decoding, which then breaks audio time stamps and as a result messes up video.
However that would make it specific to really a specific set of files, in which case it will be really difficult to fix without a sample (assuming it is a real bug that still exists in SVN and not something specific to Fedora).
