[MPlayer-users] misdetected wav with default demuxer

Not quite a normal wav, but plenty of similar files from the same source
work OK.

Works with -demuxer audio and -demuxer lavf, though lavf sees the
unknown sub guid and doesn't seek well.

Of course being ambisonic it's not meant to be played directly but it
does contain normal sound so can be for testing this issue. Normal usage
would be to send to ambdec via jack with patchbay connections foo pre
setup -ao jack:name=foo:noconnect.
