Some things don't add up.

This one was missing a colorspace entry, I wouldn't know when, why or
how that should have worked before, but anyway it is fixed.

As Carl pointed out disabling FFmpeg's native jpeg2000 decoder works
(this is due to FFmpeg's mess of using codecs even for demuxing),
a patch to make these at least work out-of-the-box is on the
FFmpeg list.
